This place was so beautiful, I loved the clean rooms and the staff who were flexible and accommodating! 🌟

The location was favourable, near bars and clubs, Mexican city centres, and San Luis Potosi and minutes from a sprawling 17th-century cathedral we wanted to see. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow.

I spent my Xmas holiday in a hotel that had great breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was appetizing with various choices, all tasted freshly prepared. the room was really spacious, providing enough space to move around, which was wonderful. , the hotel was situated in a great location, near many bars and restaurants. This allowed me a chance to explore the area easily whenever I felt like it.

The downside of the hotel was the noise. The hotel seemed to be located close to many rooftops and bars that made it difficult to sleep before 1-2 am.

The staff at Santosi were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable experience. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The bed in my room was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

While there were a few drawbacks, such as the noise from a nearby bar and the lack of isolation in the rooms, these were minor compared to the overall positive experience I had at Santosi.

The hotel’s location can be noisy because the room was facing a live music venue, which can be disturbing for some guests.
